Description du profil

Assist actively the end users of Fund Services Operations units in solving business and technical issues arising in their daily activity,
Ensure proper communication to Operation users regarding items resolution and status,
Ensure internal global communication between IT, Management and Operations teams during resolution and post-mortem,
Provide figures on the numerous kind of support requests and incidents resolution,
Take necessary actions to resolve Production incidents in a timely manner,
Follow-up with Change Management teams to ensure business knowledge is up-to-date.
At least 3 years of experience in a Transfer Agency department,
Expertise in TA processes and applications’ functionalities is a key advantage,
Highly motivated and work dedicated,
Customer service oriented and meet deadline constraints,
Numerate and accurate,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French,
Practice of SQL and IT skills are appreciated,
Resourceful and capable to work with high degree of autonomy in uncharted territory,
Strive to keep his management informed.
